TRADE UNION ACTIVITY

     The trade union organization of oil and gas industry workers was established in Kyzylorda at the trade union conference of employees of TURGAI-PETROLEUM JSC. The main legal document regulating social and labor relations in the company is a collective agreement between the administration of TURGAI-PTROLEUM JSC and the labor collective, represented by the chairman of the trade union Aimurzaev Zagip (elected in 2024).
The union does good deeds in ensuring the relationship between the employer and the employee, the psychological and social stability of the employee as a whole.
The company also annually provides financial assistance for medical expenses, funerals, childbirth and marriage of employees, as well as children with disabilities, anniversaries of union members. All union members receive gifts for the Nauryz holiday, female representatives on March 8 are awarded gift certificates and men on May 7, June 1 are issued cash certificates for the “Road to School” campaign for the children of workers. In addition, funds are allocated for the holidays “Day of the oilman” and “Nauryz.” On the occasion of Trade Union Day, sports competitions are organized among shop workers in several sports. On behalf of TURGAI-PETROLEUM JSC, football and volleyball teams participating in the tournament are sponsored, as well as charity events are organized.
