The oil-gas-liquid mixture from the well is transported via flowlines to the Group Unit (GU). At the GU, well-by-well flow measurements are carried out using the Sputnik AGZU system, after which the mixture is sent to the Preliminary Water Discharge Unit (PWD Unit).
In addition to the GU, the well mixture is also sent via flowlines to the Booster Pump Stations (BPS), where well-by-well flow measurements are performed using the Sputnik AGZU system. The mixture then proceeds to the PWD Unit for preliminary water discharge and gas separation.
The gas-liquid mixture arriving from the GU and BPS to the PWD Unit undergoes the first stage of separation (gas separation from the produced liquid). The liquid then passes through the Tubular Block Heater (TBH) for heating and is subsequently sent to the separator, where oil is separated from water.
The separated oil from all PWD Units, along with the oil-gas mixture that did not pass the first stage of separation from BPS-VK and GU-38, is pumped into the Oil Collection System and sent to the Oil Preparation and Pumping Unit (OPPU) for processing to commercial grade and transportation via the KazTransOil system.
