Chief Geologist
Olzhas Serikovich Yesnazarov has over 16 years of experience in the oil and gas sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He began his career in 2008 at JSC «TURGAI-PETROLEUM» as a maintenance mechanic in the Oil and Gas Production Workshop. Over the years, he advanced through all professional stages within the company: UPSV operator, process engineer, modeling engineer, field development engineer, and from 2023 to May 2025, he headed the Geology and Development Department.
Since June 2025, he has been appointed as Chief Geologist.
He holds two higher education degrees:
In 2008, graduated with honors from Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata, specializing in Development of Oil and Gas Fields.
In 2014, graduated from Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev, specializing in Geology and Exploration of Mineral Deposits.
As part of his professional development, he completed training in the following key areas:
Well modeling in PIPESIM software (Schlumberger)
Well hydrodynamic studies (Petroleum Learning Centre, Tomsk Polytechnic University)
Geological and field analysis (BASPRO Optima)
Field development control using industrial geophysics methods
Subsurface use regulation under the RK Code “On Subsoil and Subsoil Use”
He is an active member of the professional community: Kyzylorda SPE Club (Society of Petroleum Engineers).
