The company was formed on August 22, 1995 as a closed joint-stock company Kumkol-Lukoil.
Type of activity: The main activities of the JSC are: additional exploration, development and operation of an oil field, transportation and sale of raw materials and refined products.
Reserves: Recoverable oil reserves in the total area of ​ ​ the Kumkol field amount to 89.4 million tons. Recoverable oil reserves in the territory of the Kumkol field being developed by JSC are 50.9 million tons; gas – 4.9 billion m3.
