Daur Serikovich Baymakhanov
Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs
Daur Serikovich Baymakhanov has extensive experience in legal support and corporate governance within Kazakhstan’s oil and gas sector.
He began his professional career in 2009 at JSC «TURGAI-PETROLEUM» as a legal counsel in the contract and legal department, where he worked until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, he held the position of expert in the claims department at LLP «VSS-OUSA».
Since January 2024, he has been appointed as Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs.
He holds two higher education degrees:
In 2007, he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in Jurisprudence (Bachelor).
In 2020, he graduated from NARXOZ University with a degree in Economics and Business (Bachelor).
Married, father of five children.
