A collective agreement is a factor of economic and social stability, allowing the protection of the interests of both employees and employers, and ensuring stable labor relations between them.

In the collective agreement concluded between the administration of JSC “TURGAI-PETROLEUM” and the trade union, the employer provides benefits and advantages for employees that are more favorable than those established by law and other regulatory acts.

The company also places great emphasis on the social welfare of its employees in the Kumkol Contract Area. Social programs are aimed at creating favorable working and living conditions for employees, helping to attract and retain personnel.

For employee wellness, the employer covers the costs of visits to health and wellness centers by company employees.

In accordance with the “Social Program Regulations” of JSC “TURGAI-PETROLEUM”, the company has developed a social program for providing additional social benefits to employees beyond those established by law. These benefits are granted upon the occurrence of socially significant events in employees’ lives that require additional expenses. The program aims to create favorable working and living conditions, contributing to the retention and attraction of personnel, within the limits of the funds allocated in the company’s budget.
