Arman Shakhmardanovich Kasymkhanov

Arman Shakhmardanovich Kasymkhanov has extensive experience in human resource management, budget planning, and business process organization within Kazakhstan’s oil and gas sector.

He began his professional career in the oil and gas industry as a coordinator of the OTOS department at the Tengiz field in the company «Kentek Kazakhstan Technical Services» LLP.

Since May 2010, he has been working at JSC «TURGAI-PETROLEUM». Over the years, he has held various positions within the company, starting as a translator-referent, quality management engineer, planning and analysis specialist, head of the planning and analysis department, and head of the human resources department.

In June 2025, he was appointed Director of Human Resources.

He holds two higher education degrees:

• Graduated from Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata, specializing in Information Systems in Economics.

• Graduate of Almaty Management University, specializing in Economics and Business (Bachelor).

Married, father of four children.
