Abzal Askaruly Oralov

Abzal Askaruly Oralov has extensive experience in financial management within Kazakhstan’s oil and gas sector. Previously, he served as Financial Director at JSC Oil Company «KOR».

Since October 2024, he has held the position of Director of Economics and Finance.

He possesses a high level of professional training in economics and business. He graduated from Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata and holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Throughout his professional career, Abzal Oralov has been repeatedly recognized with industry awards and honors:

• 2016 — Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• 2019 — Jubilee Medal for Oil Workers’ Day, Kyzylorda Regional Akimat.

• 2023 — Medal from the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan “For Contribution to the Development of the Oil and Gas Sector.”

Married, father of two children.
