A Profession that Unites Generations: Oil Workers’ Day at TURGAI-PETROLEUM JSC
A festive event dedicated to the Day of Oil and Gas Industry Workers of Kazakhstan was held in a warm and solemn atmosphere on the contract territory of TURGAI-PETROLEUM JSC. This professional holiday honors people whose energy, dedication, and high professionalism ensure the sustainable development of the industry and the entire country.
The celebration program included a vibrant concert featuring creative teams, as well as a ceremonial award presentation recognizing the company’s most distinguished employees.
On behalf of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Akim of Kyzylorda Region, honorary diplomas, letters of appreciation, and departmental awards were presented to acknowledge the significant contribution of the Company employees to the development of the region and the national energy sector.
The Medal “Labor Veteran” of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan was awarded to Oilfield Equipment Engineer Ashrap Ablyazov and Head of Oil and Gas Production Area Bakit Tokmurziev.
The Medal “For Contribution to the Development of the Oil and Gas Industry” was awarded to Laboratory Technician Ulzhan Abdrakhmanova, Oil Treatment Area Supervisor Asylbek Shaketov and Oil Preparation Area Supervisor Zhanbolat Oralbaev.
The Honorary Badge “Distinguished Worker of the Oil and Gas Industry” of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan was awarded to Head of Oil Preparation Area Kairat Umurzakov and Oil and Gas Production Supervisor Bakdaulet Dauletbaev.
Honorary Diplomas of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Erlan Akkenzhenov, were presented to Oil and Gas Production Operator Murat Ibraev, Oil Preparation Area Supervisor Bauyrzhan Utegenov and Laboratory Technician Bakytgul Argynova,
Letters of Appreciation from the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for contribution to the development of the industry were presented to Director on Human Resources Arman Kassymkhanov, Director of Corporate and Legal Issues Daur Baymakhanov and Head of Department for Procurement and Sales of Materials and Technical Resources Kadir Dauren.
Letters of Appreciation from the Akim of Kyzylorda Region, Nurlibek Nalibaev, were awarded to: Driver Aymaganbet Shazhanbaev, Gas Compressor Station Operator Berikbai Dikhanbaev, Oil Production Operator Talgat Rysmakhanov, Dispatcher Gabit Abdigapparov, Injection Station Operator Samat Taskinbaev, Accountant Gulnara Yeshanova, Oil Treatment Operator Nurlan Akhmetov, Oil Treatment Operator Bulat Bakirov, Transport and Special Equipment Specialist Yerzhan Alshynbaev, Finance Specialist Saule Sultanmuratkyzy and Oil Treatment Operator Olzhas Aitbaev.
Special words of gratitude were expressed by General Director of TURGAI-PETROLEUM JSC Marat Sarkytbaev, who thanked the team for their many years of dedicated work, sense of responsibility, and high professionalism.

The event concluded with a festive dinner, where employees and guests shared fond memories, enjoyed informal conversations, and felt the spirit of unity within the company’s large professional family.
