Team Spirit in Action: Employees of JSC “TURGAI-PETROLEUM” Found Out Who Is the Strongest on the Volleyball Court
On November 2, a volleyball tournament was held among the employees of the Company’s administrative office. The competition became part of the program aimed at developing corporate culture and strengthening team spirit among employees.
Six teams representing different departments took part in the tournament. Despite the competitive nature, the atmosphere was truly warm and friendly: colleagues supported each other both on and off the court.
The games were held in a round-robin format, and from the very first matches it became clear – the competition would be tough. The teams demonstrated excellent physical preparation, teamwork, and determination to win.
At the end of the tournament, awards were presented not only to the winners but also to the best players in individual categories. Special words of gratitude were expressed to the organizers and referees who ensured the high level of the event.
According to Chief Engineer Sagyndyk Zhaniyarov, the tournament was not just a sporting event but an important part of corporate life:
