COMPANY EMPLOYEES’ HEALTH COMES FIRST

Joint-Stock Company “TURGAI-PETROLEUM” – one of the companies making a great contribution to the socio-economic development not only of Kyzylorda region, but also of the country, did not leave the health of its employees without attention.

In 2022 the Company for the first time concluded a Collective Agreement on improved conditions, in which the amount of social payments was tied to the monthly calculation indicator.

It should be noted that for the first time more than 200 employees of the enterprise received sanatorium treatment at the resorts of Saryagash, Zhanakorgan and Kyzylorda under the Medical Service Agreement.

And for 9 months from January till September 2024, 174 employees received sanatorium-resort treatment. 55 of them were treated in Zhanakorgan sanatorium, and the remaining 119 restored their health in “Q-med company group” LLP sanatorium in Kyzylorda.

In addition, if at the beginning of the year 34 employees were on the dispensary register for blood pressure, now, thanks to regular sanatorium treatment, only 3 people remain on the list.

My blood pressure improved after visiting this resort, and now it is completely normalized,” says Dauren Ashimov, the company’s commandant at the Kumkol field.
