JSC “TURGAI-PETROLEUM” GREETED THE NEW YEAR WITH A BIG PROFIT

JSC “TURGAI-PETROLEUM”, one of the companies that made a great contribution to the socio-economic development not only of Kyzylorda region, but also of the whole country, greeted 2023 with great success. At the gala evening dedicated to the new 2024 – the Year of Dragon, excellent workers of the industry were awarded, as well as shock-workers were awarded with certificates of honor.

Opening the festive table, the Company’s General Director Dauren Turganbayevich congratulated the gathered guests and the staff with the New Year, noting that throughout the year the company organized a large number of corporate events marked by magnificent celebrations.

For example, the Great Equinox Day Az-Nauryz holiday started from Kumkol field on the contract territory of TURGAI-PETROLEUM Joint Stock Company. The New Day holiday continued at the Company’s head office, the company’s yurt was erected on the central square of Kyzylorda city.

This year, for the first time in the Holy Ramadan, the Company set a table for fasting people. In addition to the employees, their family members and veterans of the institutions were invited to it, all of them gathered at one table.

In May, June and July 2023, for the first time in the history of the Company, corporate training – team building was held for the employees of the oil and gas production shop in Shymkent and employees of the administrative office in Almaty. For the first time this event was attended by 189 people from the field and 56 people from the administrative office, who together with the team spent unforgettable interesting days.

The annual professional holiday of the company’s employees – “Oil and Gas Industry Workers Day” – was held at Kumkol field, where a number of employees were awarded for their high labor performance, professional skills and contribution to the development of the Company with medals of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan “ Honored Constructor” and the Ministry of Energy “For Contribution to the Development of the Oil and Gas Industry”, a badge “Honored Worker of the Oil and Gas Industry” and other departmental awards. The best employees were awarded a Letter of Gratitude of the Akim of Kyzylorda region, Certificates of Honor of the General Director of the Company.

For the first time the joint-stock company celebrated Labor Day in special conditions, employees of the administration held a city-wide clean-up day. Within the framework of the subbotnik, popularizing the unity and cohesion of the team, various discussions were organized. Within the framework of this Labor Day the Head of Tax Accounting Department Zhanat Bodykova and the Head of Well Workover Department Marat Sydykov were awarded with the Letter of Gratitude of the regional Akim.

This year the Company for the first time signed a Collective Agreement on improved conditions, where the amount of social payments was linked to the monthly calculation index, and also for the first time under the agreement for medical services more than 200 employees of the Company received sanatorium treatment in sanatoriums of Saryagash, Zhanakorgan and Kyzylorda.

The Company pays special attention to preservation of healthy lifestyle and formation of a healthy society. In this direction during the year various sports competitions were organized among the employees of the mine and administrative office, all participants were awarded financial prizes.

On the festive evening Dauren Turganbayevich presented departmental awards to the best in a number of industries and awarded them with monetary gifts.

Special guests of the New Year’s table were the management of Oil Company Kor JSC, AO PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources, KazPetrolGroup LLP, TuzkolMunaiGas Operating LLP, SOUTH-OIL LLP, Galaz and Company LLP, SPMK LLP, NeftTechService LLP, Novomet-Kazakhstan LLP, Petroleum Technology LLP, Firma West Service LLP made speeches and congratulated the Company’s staff with the holiday.

Also a lottery and various games were held at the evening, as well as famous stars of our country Kairat Adilgerey, Yernar Aidar, Kydyrali and Karakat, Turkish singer Murat Yaprak performed.
